Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Virellan box right to your door.
Sizing & Application
How do I find my nail size? A perfect fit is the key to longevity! We provide a detailed Sizing Guide on every product page. You can measure your nails at home with a piece of tape and a ruler. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up and gently filing the sides for a custom fit.
What comes in a Virellan nail box? Every box is a complete kit! You will receive 10 hand-crafted nails, a mini nail file, a cuticle pusher, alcohol prep pads, and your choice of adhesive tabs or professional nail glue.
How long do the nails stay on? It depends on your application! Using our adhesive tabs, the nails can last 1-3 days (perfect for events). With our professional nail glue, your manicure can last up to 2 weeks.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused kits in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer returns for incorrect sizing, so please double-check your measurements!
